I know I am jumping in late but I'll add my .02 here. I did not read that article. I can only speak from what I have seen. VFP 6.0 has added quite a number of useful features that have a lot of promise. For example, they added a new function, CreateObjectEX(), for Remote OLE (DCOM).

Frankly, I think VFP 6 has a lot to offer...
