I was taught using views with table buffering was a better solution to having users interact directly with the tables for two reasons: 1)It prevents conflicts with users trying to update the same record at the same time; 2)If a crash occurs while updating, the table is not in jeopardy of being corupted.

I'm open to any suggestions. I just want to get my form working so more than one user can access it at the same time and do updates or new entries while preventing simultaneous updates.
