We're still not on VFP9 because of other issues, so I can't say for sure.

But I can report that the same was implemented in VFP8 SP1, where *some* 2065 errors were regularly occurring, and the incidence of such errors has dropped dramatically... to a single 1 in the last 3 weeks.
