I would try to compile things individualy to try to isolate the problem...
for example...
Go to the forms directory...and do a COMPILE FORM *.SCX and compile all the forms.
then classlibs... COMPILE CLASSLIB *.VCX and compile all the classlibs..
..and so on. most likely you'll find what's failing because it'll tell you which file is causing the problem. Might be that a file is marked read-only or something....
