It was your hint that got me into this direction of thinking - and then I remembered there were other issues. We may even remember that Brazil didn't choose M$ for their computers-for-the-masses. There are several areas where Brazil doesn't behave like a decent client/market country, but shows serius symptoms of thinking with their own head. We really can't know what wasn't published. My hunch is there's much more to this story, it just isn't heard.

Anyone here speaking Portuguese and knowing more about this case?
