It appears that DISP MEMO displays a value of zero no matter what.

You can change _TOOLTIPTIMEOUT to any value you like, and it will still show 0 in the memory display.

Not sure why this happens, but at least it appears that _TOOLTIPTIMEOUT retains its value correctly and we can retrieve its value without a problem (just not in a memory dump).
