Anyone knows how to make a program(.exe) runs without the vfp main screen, just the form?

I have heard on screen=off in Config.fpw, but I don't know where to create this file into. I mean I am not sure how to create this file and where should I put it into, where my program would read it and follows the configurations.

I am using VFP 5.0. Thank you. And I am a novice.
