How i want to avoid the mail merge message when i generate ms word report(using foxfire)..
the message prompt
1) data from your database will be placed in the document. Do you want to continue?
2) words cannot find the data source. (then i click 'options' button).
3) choose 'remove data/header source' or 'remove all merge info'.( then i click at remove data/header souce button)
Then the mail merge can be display but it display only one records.
