My impression (could be wrong) is that Xitech was the primary distributor of Refox for many years. In turn, Hallogram and others purchased from Xitech. I think Xitech's creation of Konxise, a competing product from the software protection (vs. decompilation) perspective resulted in the termination of the partnership between Xitech and the Refox developer (Jan).
