I want to deploy app that as much as posible will be able to install free SQL Server.
My OPt is MSDE, my question is it there diff between MSDE and MSSQL Server Personal Edition?
DOes this MSDE allows unlimeted rows to process? are there are any catch? asside from limited concurent connection?
