Windows NT 4 and IIS is now a standard for the server side. As for the FoxPro server, you have a variety of choices (WWC, FoxIsapi, etc.). If security is an aspect, you may want to have at least a basic authentication and if possible, challenge response. If possible, add also https. And, if this is really a must to be as secure as possible, most to SSL3.
