I do this very thing with:

IF lcprinter # 'DEFAULT'
SET PRINTER TO NAME (lcprinter)
ENDIF
REPORT FORM (pr_form) NOCONSOLE TO PRINTER

I call the procedure with the default printer and then call the procedure again with the other printer name.
