Sorry for jumping into this thread with a private question. I didn't receive CoDE magazines since I moved to NY. I also want another copy of VFP9 focus issue. Is it possible for me to get these issues? I sent an e-mail to two persons from ESP by David Stevenson's advice, but didn't get a response from them.
