What we all need to do is just build better stuff for the man that's paying us. Following a market is fine - but our skills and work ethic are things we can work on irrespective of a computer or programming tool.

In your heart - you know that Claude was not anymore 'out-of-bounds' than you were.

You should be asking the same question that some of us are asking - why was Claude banned - why was JVP and Sander's banned - all those guys - despite our differences - are a resource.

You should be just as hacked as me with the disposition of Claude. He is one dedicated and experienced engineer. I did not review the thread - but someone baited him - and that someone should take some of the responsibility.

I don't know Claude outside the UT (or his good advice) or his software - but I do know that guys like him and even Rick - have their noses so close to the wheel that it is easy to find a sensative spot and apply the pressure. A post does not tell you if the poster is a born in the hood American. Those of us born in the states and fully desensatized from our "cut" and "chop" games in high school are well learned in those arts - and know how to respond when we get toyed with. Those with different backgrounds have not acquired those skills.

You know what I am talking about - sometimes - just to keep things friendly - and with the understanding that the UT is an international forum - we need to back off on the accelerator. There is no coup worth counting when we take advantage of playing field that is not level. You and I can mess with each other all day - we know how to play that game - but many of us do not - and we need regualte the "baiting" just to keep it fun and fair.
