I didn't agree with either JVP or Bill Sanders being banned. And you're right about a few things ... I dunno what happened to the formal complaint and review procedures prior to banning. It *does* seem that Claude got whisked away awfully fast (but then, we don't really know the whole story, I'm sure).

>I wonder who you lump into the ".NET PUSHERS" category? I have *never* insulted any VFP users! Ever! And I certainly advocate .NET, but I doubt if that makes me a "pusher" (whatever your definition of that may be).
Bonnie,
I wondered if you'd take exception, but figured that you'd realize that
1) you don't come to the VFP FORUM to push .NET
2) you do not cajole/belittle/insult people still using VFP.
So, to be clear, you are NOT a ".NET PUSHER" in my book.
I'm still very concerned that the .NET pushers continue to have the "right" to cajole/belittle/insult at will while a guy simply defending his reputation gets the boot.
I'm very tired of being told that I am too old and too lazy to learn a new language, that I'm using a dead tool, that I have my head buried in the sand, etc.
Perhaps I should lodge a formal complaint the next time it happens. Chicken way out but...
cheers
