Well, here is some interesting information that many would have probably thought about.

In such procedures, if all could be done in one minute, such situation of using another identity would have less chance to occur. The banisment procedures takes time. There are documentation that has to be done, sent to the individuals, archived and forwarded to our legal representatives. Then, we need to apply data management at various levels such as the member accounts and firewalls. But, during that process, it is likely an individual will try alternative routes to get into the UT. Note, also that sometimes it may happens the individuals do action which cross post with the being said sent documents. Usually, within a full day, everything is in place to assure that we have done the most we could do to protect the banisment procedures. But, we will never we able to achieve 100% success in that direction because some individuals could simply create dialup connections, for exemple, use fake identities and such. It's just that an individual doing that should think twice before doing it, because once discovered, it is sure likely to trigger some legal procedures.

That mention is general and not specific to prior histories. I thought it would be a good idea to share some information that maybe some individuals didn't realize we have confrontated to.
