Peter - Thanks for the ideas.

I have learned quite a bit from this (when faced with only 2 possible options)...
1. Boolean - bit field in dB would be a better implementation of Yes/No (On/Off, True/False)
2. Checkbox is a better implementation for Yes/No (On/Off, True/False)

I do however see two slight advantages of a radio box implementation:
1. Expanability - when users say they also need to know when neither Yes/No has been decided (so we go from only 2 possible options to 3 Yes/No/I Don't Know)
2. More Obvious UI - Seeing both options as Radio Buttons reinforces the two available options (and when placed in a panel control limits the option to one or the other). A checkbox can sometimes be misleading - if a check is in the box what does that really mean.
