Thanks! I think I'm going to need to use that. Sad part is I have to install it on every single machine... 50+ workstations = Brutal!

Part of the solution is that the user must be able to view the email and make changes it to it before it is sent. That requirement makes the automation more complicated as I can't just build the email and send it. To further complicate the solution, we are using HTML emails to present the sales order confirmation in a readable format. So I can't just throw the email in a text area in FoxPro for them to edit. Teaching all the users how to edit HTML is of course not an option. :) Would you happen to know of any VFP friendly control that would allow for HTML manipulation like Outlook does? If I could let the user edit the HTML email in Foxpro then I could send it out through MAPI no problem along with an extra email to file a copy back in the users Outlook.
