>What possible legal preceedings could you initiate? All you can do is keep trying to stop them from getting in and once discovered, kick them out again.

On immediate actions, yes, someone in such situation maintaining a Web site and discovering some individuals not agreeing to some bann procedures, would have to do as you say. Once discovered, quick and short actions such as disabling fake/additional/double identity accounts would be one thing to do.

But, individuals knowing that they are facing such situation which would continue to try to hack their entries in such infrastructure could then be subject to face such procedures. For exemple, if someone keeps entering your private property (house, driveway, etc.) such as a neighbor that you knew followed by some problems which occured and followed by a request of yours to ask them to stay away, where they would keep to get into your private property overnight and such, would simply put themselves in such potential procedures.

>BTW, I haven't responded to your response to me, but I do feel you are much more forthcoming than you used to be. Sometimes, all anyone needs is a little information. All the secrecy stuff and "We do not have to explain ourselves" comes off elitist and petty. I'm glad to see you being more open about things. Ok, maybe that was my response to the other thread.

Each situation is different. When we face a situation where a lot of individuals are making false statements againt us, for exemple, which could lead others to thing those are true, in such situations, I would say it's better to provide more info. I don't mind when people ask us "Did you move that thread?", "Did you know there is a situation?", "Am I assuming correctly that you did some actions on this?", etc. But, when false statements are being made, others can think this is the truth and sometimes this could put us in a really deep trouble. So, yes, in such situations, I would be happy to invest some time and go online to provide as much information as I am able to.
