There was a timer on the form, but I disabled it, as well as my antivirus software... and it had no effect.
We are using the ACCPAC go_SQL api to reference both FoxPro and SQL Server tables in this application, and unfortunately I cannot see what is happening inside of the this go_SQL object. I thought that maybe the go_SQL object was using a cursor with the same name as my recordsource table... so I changed the name of my recordsource table (and all the code that referenced it)- but this also did not help.
I also tried rebuilding the the grid (as Stacy suggested) after it got wiped out. Although I can rebuild it fine - and see the columns and blank rows... the connection to my data source is still not valid. Not valid in the sense that although my recordsource table now has records in it... no records are shown in the grid.
I have sent a message to ACCPAC, but so far I have received no response.
