Does the same problem occur if a different application (Word, for example) tries to print multiple copies of a document to that printer???

>Well, they claim to have reinstalled the printer drivers (and there are 2 PC's that have this problem... none of the rest).

>>>Hi Gurus..... here's the scoop..........
>>>
>>>A user has our software on a server, and has many workstations connected.
>>>
>>>All the workstations print the report as many times as they like (from the in-house dialogue box they set how many copies they want).
>>>
>>>But there is one stubborn workstation that absolutely refuses to print more than 1 report at a time!
>>>
>>>I checked the Tag, Tag2 and expr fields of the FRX file for that report... cleared the Tag, Tag2 to "" and removed the DRIVER, DEVICE and OUTPUT from the EXPR memo field.
>>>
>>>Tried the report again... same problem. Hmmmmmmmmm
>>>
>>>OK... what do you think? The default printer is set to the one they say it should be (yeah, right....)....
>>>
>>>So, printer driver problems here? Remove the Default Printer and reinstall the driver?
>>>
>>>(At this moment, it looks like they are running Windows 98. When they call back in, I will find out more information.)
>>>
>>>Thanks!
>>>
