How to use a container across multiple pages in pagefram

Can you put this container bellow the pageframe on the form? That's how we handled this situation in my prev. job.

The other idea would be to put this on the form and send to front. Not sure, if it would work nicely, but worth a quick try.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
