Sheridan has told they won't support VFP5, so you'd better remove that control unless you're going to use it under VB. Instead, if you need a good Office97-like toolbar control I'd suggest ActiveBar from http://www.datadynamics.com.
It's quite good, and has only some minor problems. Go for it ! :)
