Title:
Cannot find entry point OpenPort in DLL
Hi
I'm getting this error when trying to access a function in a VB dll.
Someone sent me a couple of files to control an "IBM SureMark TF6 Receipt Printer" and a pdf describing the functions available.
He sent me these files: Control.dll, Control.lib, Control.alc and Control.exp.
I registered the Control.dll using Regsvr32 and it succeeded.
Then declared a function "OpenPort" in the DLL in my prg.
And finally I tried to call that function.
It says there's no entry point in the DLL.
Do I have to do anything else with those files?? (.alc, .exp, .lib)
what am I missing?
thank you
Fabian
