well... In my company, when I check the name if the user exists... like if ny username is jacevedo I should type that in the text box and when i press the check name button, it brings up my entire name Juan Acevedo(my division)and my email(jacevedo@mycompany.org
Outlook has that feature, also when you want to add users to groups and security.
