Are you sure that your project that your class belongs to has a reference to System.Drawing?

In the Solution Explorer, every project in your solution will have a "References" node. Expand the node and make sure you have System.Drawing in there. If it's not there, right click on "Reference", click "Add Reference..." then on the .NET tab, scroll down to System.Drawing.dll, double click it, then click OK. The wavy blue line should dissapear.
