I don't recall anyone (other than you) talking about people being dullards or too old to learn about this stuff. Age in my eyes is not an issue in this market. This is a meritocracy type of industry.

As for the PA crew. I dont know if you lump me in with them. If so then you'll need to change it to WAPA because I'm not from PA.

I agree maybe the approach to "discussing" can be inflamatory from some camps. I know I have been that way in the past. Last year I changed course. If you recall there was a heated discussion of data binding and .NET. Instead of participating in the normal he said/she said discussion I created a sample app for anyone and everyone here to look at and discuss. This proved to be a more productive approach to discussing issues.


So do you think this is a better mechanism for discussion?
