>>>The right to speak my mind is my right.

>Like Voltaire, I may not agree with what you say, but I defend your right to say it- but freedom of speech does not mean you can behave as you please wherever you please. I would not support you if you went to a funeral and said the dead man was a loser whose panties were permanently in a twist. I would not support you if you insisted on your right to burst into the ladies' washroom to give a speech. I would not support you if you came to this forum and asserted that JVP has more VFP knowledge in his big toe than most here. I would call that crude provocation and would perceive any attempt to hide it behind a "freedom of speech" canard, as intellectually corrupt.
But again, it is my opinion, and one, to which, at least in America, I'm free to express however distasteful it may be to you. In the examples you provide, you can't say on one hand that you would defend my right ot say anything i please, then modify it to suit your own agenda. Either you support that right or you don't, you can't have it both ways.
You can still support my right to speak my mind, but add the caveat that you don't have to be there or agree .
