The variable information, < MyView >, etc., doesn't appear in the message (unless I edit it), because it is confused with HTML codes. It is better to include some spaces, as I did, or perhaps enclose it within < PRE > tags.

What exactly is the index expression? Perhaps it is a variable-length expression, which is known to cause trouble.
