You won't believe this but I have called MS 3 times already and each time they say the nature of my call was "non decrementing". This meant I still had 2 free calls to them.

The sad part of the story is that there is no one home at MS anymore. The answers are not really that good but they will let me send them code and they will work on the exact problem that I am facing. One time I called them, I got routed to 6 different people in different countries. The guy who solved my problem was here in Mississauga, Canada about 20 miles from my house.

Frankly I think they are in over their head. If their code would just work in the first place, the support people would have half a chance.
