Raoshan,

We're using Apex SQL Diff from http://apexsql.com/sql_tools_diff.htm to syncronize databases on development and production servers. They have 14 days fully functional evaluation version.
There're other similar products on the market. See http://red-gate.com/sql/summary.htm, for example.
