set memowidth to 1024
list status to myapp.log

Then compare myapp.log files across slow and fast workstations.

My suspicion remains that this is a pathing issue (bad path) somewhere in your framework that's causing your noticably slower start.

You might also try using the free sysinternals.com filemon utility which shows you all the file read/write requests an app makes. You could diff filemon output as well.
