I think our problems are different. I did notice your other post with your stack trace. Sorry, I haven't run into that before. If it was me, I'd put some breakpoints in and step through the MM code to try to figure out what's wrong.

Is this a sample project or something you created yourself?

My problem is this: You have a "MenuPad" - a MenuItem whose parent is a MainMenu. If you have security on this "MenuPad" and that MenuItem has no MenuItems in its .MenuItems collection, you don't get the security form when you click on it.

The reason is pretty clear if you look at the code starting at line 220 in mmMenuExtender, I'm just wondering the easiest way to have it function the way I'd like.
