What version of VFP? Since I moved from VFP6 to VFP8, my status bar is completely inconsistant. I think there is either a conflict with the Task Pane Manager, or with intellisense. Pretty frustrating, as I can't tell what line I'm on in a program without doing some fiddling.
>Normally If SET STATUS is ON, the character-based status bar is displayed showing the name of the program currently executing (if any) the alias of the active table, the current record pointer position, the number of records in the table, and the state of the Insert, NumLock and CapsLock keys. The record or file lock status is also shown in the status bar when the table is opened for shared use. The status bar is updated each time you execute a command that changes status information.
