Hi,

I have a report and when I try to run it, it gives me a message saying file is not open with 2 options - Ok or Help. When I click Ok nothing happens and I can't get out till I press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and kill the process. Has anyone experienced this problem? What did you do to get around it? Thanks.
