>I have been commissioned by my client to produce a "STRONG" argument for using Foxpro instead of Access. I have searched the internet for information and came up empty. I know Foxpro is a more robust development system with more capability for customization. Does anyone have any suggestions or know where I might look for more information on comparing these platforms? Thanks in advance for you help.

Kevin

Check out http://www.microsoft.com/VFOXPRO/vfinfo/fox5.htm and possible print it out & show your client.

Goto http://www.microsoft.com/devonly/

Notice in the product list all the 'real' development tools start with 'Visual' & the others start with Micorsoft (IE Visual C++, Visual FoxPro, Microsoft Access). VFP in the next edition will use the Developers Studio Interface. The same interface as Visual C++ uses now. Access will not.
