In VFP 8.0, USE , then copy to a new file. Delete the original class lib and rename the new file so it has the proper classlib filename and extensions.
>I just installed VFP9 with the intention of recompiling our current application to see if there are any issues that need to be addressed. > >I've run into a huge problem. VFP9 is insisting that the VCT file of one of our class libraries is either missing or invalid. In the project manager, only 5 of the classes are showing up and I cannot modify any of them. In VFP8, the library is 100% intact and compiles without fail every single time. > >What is happening in VFP9 that the libraries are being read differently? Any ideas as to how to get past this major obstacle? > >The other strange thing that I'll point out is that in VFP9 I can use the VCX file and browse it without a problem. It's the compilation and class modification that appears to be hosed. > >Laterness, >Jon
