Thank for the feedback. Yes, I can script them to drop the old SP.
However, I may had lot of SP to update at one shot.

Therefore, I like to know whether is there any script that I can
write to auto update(read all my individual SP file and update into my DB) all my SP file in one shot.

BTW, what source control do you use for controlling the SQL server 2000 SP ?
