It was the wwIpstuff tool kit. I use the Ip Tool kit to downlaod a access.mdb using ftp and and copy the data to a fox dbf. For a zip package check out WinRar. http://www.rarlab.com/ It is not widly used and the rar extension is not readable by winzip the last time I checked it also has a command line utility that you can use.
