I don't think there is that much of a problem, at least for me. The customers I deal with are not really aware that this can be done. Or, if they are they don't really know how to go about doing this. I, for one, have had to use such a product to recover from a loss of code. I did have a backup but I would have lost a week of work. So the software was well worth the cost.
