I have been looking on the internet for information about how to do this and have been completely overwhelmed with the amount of information. Does anyone know of some good sites which can start me on my way with trying to accomplish this and which will "dumb it down" for me? To be honest, I don't really know where to start.

I know of a two ways (I am sure there are many). I am currently testing an application written in .NET Compact Framework for PocketPC. This application is designed to work with VFP application by way or sending XML files back and forth.

I also have heard some good things about HandBase (I am sure you could google them) forms. These are designed for Palm and Pocket PCs.

HTH.
