I have a pageframe with 4 pages. Pages 3 and 4 are very busy, a lot of controls. Page 2 has only a few controls. I want to get rid of page 2 completely. I can't seem to find a way to do in in the designer. Can I do it by hacking .vcx file? What should I look for and delete there?
