In the "New in Visual Foxpro 9" are two reporting samples, "Add a custom report previewer in your form" and "Control preview window for your report".

I like the first sample where the report is shown inside my form, however, there is no code to show how I can add a toolbar (or context sensitive menu) to allow navigation, zooming, number of pages to display, etc. like the second sample has.

Does anyone know how the latter can be put into the first sample?
