Just search for "Pizza Restaurant Quebec"...

In any case, you can perform advanced searches at:
http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en

And look at many tips at:
http://www.google.com/help/refinesearch.html

But I can't guarantee you'll get any closer to Sergey's.
