Of course, the structure of the cursor is the same!
It is the COMPLEX source that it is contidional.
Example: the Select's source
can to have 33 different outlines of this combination :
77 tables join with 222 subqueries and a where with 1111 lines with grouping and having....
Of course i can write all the workarounds, but this is not the point,
the point is the MS SQL bug.
