I laughed out loud when I read that part about the network admin "backing up"... I've seen that a few times and could picture it in my mind's eye. Glad to hear you got this worked out, even if you had to fly to LA in order to do it and thanks for taking the time to let me know how it all turned out.

>I am still in LA. Yes, you were correct. I did not sufficient rights. The network administrator said I had admin rights but when I informed him I could not run msconfig, he started backing up. He then gave me rights and the COM objects registered 1st try.
