I have the client version of SQL Server 2000 installed on my machine. I have been trying to backup a transaction log that is getting large (about 500 KB). When I do, I get an instantaneous 'Operation has been completed successfully' message. Then, however, i check the backup directory, and the backup I just made is either 0 bytes or 206 (i.e. too small to have been successful.)
When I schedule the transaction backup, the operation fails.
Are there any known bugs related to this?
Any info would be appreciated.
Thank You
