We had another programmer write an OCX in VB that does all of the low-level XML communications with Mercury. I drop that OCX on my Fox form, set certain required properties and then request verification.

I had much better luck with Mercury compared to PCCharge.

Besides regular credit card verify, we use AVS, CVV, Debit Card w/PIN, Gift Cards and signature capture.
