Jim,
You have to create a custom form. It has been a long time ago I did it but I remember that I created a custom form for the specific dot-matrix printer (I mean form in the printer not in VFP). Then you specify this form instead of regular form. Therefore, in my case, the paper was ejecting exactly one label on each eject.
