"... keys should never be updated" would be more appropriate:) I tend to think they should always be updated - am I in the minority using keys like GUID that I know before submittal? At least including MSSQL 2000 problems are not solved with IDENTITYcrisis :)

>In addition to what Aleksey replied, I noted in your CA code that you made the keyfields updatable. I would remove those from the list of updatable fields. IMHO, keys should NEVER be updated. They should be meaningless and therefore irrelevant with respect to needing to be changed.
